IGE? Hah. Try 1-2 week delivery times. And what can you do? Go into livechat and read “I understand your concern. I see your delivery is still in our queue and will be delivered as soon as possible. Please allow a few more hours….a few more days….just a few more days! Fuck that. Blizzard doesn’t bullshit with this stuff. When I order gold? Not an account, item, or anything like that but fucking GOLD?! It should be instant service. They have enough asians farming for it.

Jon is right…..IGE is a rip off. Anyone who sells items that they dont actually have in inventory is an un-ethical bastard. I ordered gold and after 7…yes-7 times on their live chat….they finailly returned part of my money. They even ripped me off on the refund. They offered me a 5% bonus whwn i agrred to give them 2 more hours to deliver (which they didnt) and when I asked…they said that I couldnt have it. After 5 days in finally got some of my money back..
Beware of IGE…There is even some web links that tie their CEO to child porn….Search …gold IGE on google and you will find the story…including a story about the class action suit against them from Blizzard

IGE are a bunch of scumbags. I am waiting for 4 weeks now.
And I only hear from them if I contact them.
And every time it’s the same answer. That they had an unexpected amount of orders on the server I’m on.
Is there a way to do something about it? I know it isn’t really fair to buy gamemoney but what they are doing is stealing.

IGE.COM SOLUTION!!!! if you are on of what seem like millions that seem to have problems with the ige website actually delivering on their promises.. getting empyt e-mails from them saying please be patient we’ve had a unusual volume of whatever! here’s the solution..
tell them in the mail u send to them that you are making copies of all correspondences and forwarding them to your lawyer( doesn’t matter if you actually have one or not) as part of your evidence that you have made an honest effort to try to get a refund of money for services not rendered. then tell them that you will be persuing further actions i.e. lawsuit if you do not recieve youre money back in a timely manner..
this worked for me and then report their ass to paypal and the better business bureau.. if enough of us do this they WILL be shut down.. the key to making this work is making it sound very legal and business like.
i have tried to do it the other way by asking kindly for a refund or telling them that i don’t want to wait anymore.
