It doesn’t matter that you are buying and selling commodities in the real world or in World of Warcraft. The fact is that raw materials have a high demand. After all, without them, it would be impossible to manufacture elaborate goods. In the real world they can be sophisticated devices like computer chips or low-technology items like Chinese plastic toys.
In the case of World of Warcraft, raw materials are used for making magical and non-magical items. Their price in wow gold may vary, but without them, all the economy of this virtual world would collapse. So, what if you are a miner? What mineral vein should you exploit in order to make a lot of wow gold?
If wow gold is your main interest, then you should be looking for Thorium. There are 15 type of minerals in World of Warcraft, but only Thorium is considered as the most valuable mineral inside this world (a curious note, Thorium exists in the real world too. It is a chemical element that has been considered as a replacement for uranium).
The best places for looking for Thorium veins are the Plaguelands, Winterspring and the Un’goro crater. All of them have rich veins of this mineral, so you won’t have any trouble finding them. The only problem is that there is a steep competition among players, so it won’t be easy.
Besides, not all of WoW players are eager to use their credit card to buy wow gold. And, these veins may be the source of other valuable items, like arcane crystals, gemstones and diamonds; items can be sold for a lot of wow gold.
One of these places is the Hearthglen mine, located at the Northern Western Plaguelands. You will find one Thorium vein outside the mine and at least two inside it. You can make wow gold in relative peace up there.
The other Thorium mine is located at Southern Winterspring. You will need to travel to the unopened Hyjal area, known as the Darkwhisper Gore, a very dangerous area, so be careful. You may find your end there.
