MMOINN – fraud or success?
Recently our feedback have been literally flooded with comments regarding MMOINN (http://www.mmoinn.com). Enough of them are negative to warrant that we issue a strong warning to shop with them.

Don´t buy, you get no answer mail, no gold, no money back, I tested it with 100g in Germany on EU WoW, you can not chat or ask anyone about your gold. Moneybookers what a shit, I sended all and there is nothing go on (sended on 5.12.2006) in USD, look now there´s 1 cent in EURO incorrect, so I sended second more this 1 cent, but after 3 days no answer, Iß m angry and I will cry in everytime in every town off WoW *Don´t buy in MMOinn.com*
This was one of the first warnings we got, and we didn’t take much notice since it could very well just be their competitors.
John said,
on December 18th, 2006 at 1:25 amSeriously – don’t buy from mmoinn.com. the code they give you for your mobile/cellphone is a way for them to get control of it – your next bill will be huge. I mean, how many other places go through that kind of security measure?
IT’S A RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Still we didnt care much, but we took notice that the comments didnt come from the same ip (spread all over europe and usa).

I fully agree.
I do want to update, that after all that, they finally sent me my gold (three days and an unanswered email later), but my concerns were legitimate. I will NEVER be buying gold from their website ever again. I do not trust a company who gives you ways of contacting them except they -don’t- work. That should always raise a red flag in anyone’s mind. I could have just as easily never heard from them again, like some people say has happened to them.
My thoughts? Like the one above: unless you want to risk your money, don’t make any purchases from MMOInn. Seriously, the whole thing was pretty shady. From one consumer to many others. Spend the extra few bucks and go with someone you can trust.

As a good seller, mmoinn currentily owes me $34.95 USD.
I spoke with their livechat person, and he just blew me off.

I have purchased gold from them one time.
I never got the call that I was supposed to get within five minutes of the transaction.
Got on live supprot, the rep pushed the confirmation through and within about two hours I had the gold.
I’m not discounting the reports of problems, just saying it isn’t universal. Systems do have problems sometimes, just make sure they have a fair chance to explain the problem and resolve it before jumping on them about it.
on January 8th, 2007 at 12:03 pm
I had a $146 PayPal charge from them which was obviously fraudulent. I’ve never heard of this company (I came across this site when I Googled “MMOINN”)
I tried to talk to customer service and I simply could not understand her south Asian accent. I then went to on-line chat. I got to chat with someone but they were so slow to answer that the session time out after 20 minutes. They appeared to have absolutely no interest in helping me.
Be careful. They appear to not care about fraud. I don’t know how they got my CC#, but would you trust them with yours?
on January 11th, 2007 at 7:39 am
i have bough 3 times through mmoinn and i got all of the bought money, even when i spoke to one live she helped me to get my money first time, long time waiting for live chat person but it was worth it so i could get my money, i just watched a movie while waiting, so it went nice for me,
on January 11th, 2007 at 2:34 pm
I hired them to powerlevel a character. My account was banned less then 48 hours after they started.
on January 13th, 2007 at 10:28 pm
It’s discouraging to say the least. I ordered from them a full week ago now and every time I talk to someone at their “live support” all I get is the same spew about how they have fallen behind because of that earthquake a few weeks back.
After a full week, I’m not convinced.
After I said I wanted to cancel my order, the guy said he’d have the gold to me within a few hours. We’ll see if it turns up…
on January 16th, 2007 at 7:59 am
well, i am not sure how serious it is, but my experience with mmoinn was not so bad, i bought 400gold and one for 500g gold from them, and got the gold quickly, although the 500g come with fragment like 200+200+100, but i finally have it, i am in EU shadow moon. but the problem is i suppose to have the confirmation call for the second order,. i got nothing, then i go to their ‘live help’, they said it was confirmed, but don’t have enough stock. when i am worrying about the order, they said that they can send 200 to me first. then about 20 minutes later, i have it
on January 17th, 2007 at 8:39 am
Little trouble but nothing too bad
I bought 50 gold to see if it was real or not after two good friends said it worked which I still believe them
then i got it took a little time but surely i got it
so then i decided to buy even more now that it was trusted so i bought
100 g and it came in 80 5 5
on January 17th, 2007 at 5:15 pm
I bought from them, they did not call my cell-phone and i got the money pretty fast. No problems for me
on January 18th, 2007 at 6:01 am
I have sold about 1000G to mmoinn, and I have been paid for all of it. No problems so far. Maybe they’re cleaned up their act?
on January 19th, 2007 at 1:45 am
Ordered a powerlevel of 3-26 on mmoinn and all was well apart from on the day I was suppose to be 36 i was 31… and when i said could u compensate the missing levels with gold they ended the chat session…. not the best company and I won’t be used them again.
on January 21st, 2007 at 4:45 pm
I have never NEVER NEVER NEVER ordered gold, and hate the practice! But with the expansion and being on a PvP server slow mount = Gank Gank Gank, especially with all kinds of alliance runing around. So, I decided what the hell, I needed about 70g to get the mount and a friend had a B-Day coming up. I bought 200g usig an in game coupon and decided that for her B-Day I would send her 130g. Then I get this crap jive about an earthquake, which makes me think they are scamming people! THE ONE TIME I go outside the system I get screwed. They told me 48hrs. I have waited, and guess what…NO GOLD! My friend’s B-Day has come and gone. I borrowed the mony from friends, which really sucks since I had to hit up like 7 people. DON’T BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!! RUN, HIDE, SAVE YOUR CASH!
on January 22nd, 2007 at 12:04 pm
Have ordered twice from mmoinn – both times I had slight problems. first time they were out of stock, gold took about a week, second time i had to give them a nudge. Both times the online chat reps were really helpfull.
on January 24th, 2007 at 3:30 pm
Purchased two 300G payments on a server both came in less than 1 hour without a hitch. The first time I talked to the online support (questioning the system), the second time I didn’t get a confirmation phone call. But got the gold, booyah!

“”we issue a strong warning to shop with them. “”"
Ok if you’re posting about them being bad why are you issueing a strong warning to shop with them?
on January 28th, 2007 at 10:07 pm
ok,i ordered 100g they said they sent it to me,but it hasnt come yet I WANT A REFUND.
on February 4th, 2007 at 6:15 pm
I’ve sold about 6k gold to them, and pretty much no trouble till today. About 3 days ago, i tried to sell some gold again, and the system said that my in game money wasn’t received… when i spoke to the live support, they told that the account with the charname they gave me was banned in the time they gave me the name and i sent the gold… so in 29 days i would receive my money back, so they can’t to anything about it…
Now, i’ve sold 1000g to them, and got the same exact copy paste response, and no credit cash at all… it’s a complete scam. They pay sometimes and don’t pay other times… when they have the gold they are selling, they deliver it, when they don’t ahve it, they simply don’t do anything. Just spread the word, dont thrust MMOINN, they are scam artists!! and for your knowledge… when you pla to use a doubtfull service, just google ” scam”, “mmoinn scam” in this case… and you will be lead to pages like this if there’s any… lucky for me i lost only ingame gold and not real money “!$”·$
on February 5th, 2007 at 9:25 am
When i bought gold from here it was fine. I bought 100G frist time and got it.
Second time i bought 500G and i had a problem and i got to talk to them live! They sorted my problem and sent me the gold and did not even ring me so that shit about the phone bill is a lie.
Reliable to me.
on February 5th, 2007 at 4:16 pm
Ok, after reading all of this (after ordering, thus getting pretty scared and all) – I feel obliged to put down my comment.
I just purchased a 1000G from mmoinn.com, after I received a discount coupon, ingame. My experience:
Yes:
- The website design is a rip-off from IGE;
- The ETA’s on the website are not accurate;
- Even statusmessages may be unaccurate (ie. reading Out of stock, but getting your gold 5 minutes later…)
But:
- Customer support is alright*;
- They deliver;
- They’re the cheapest I have found to date.
* To their defense: they say they’re experiencing a lot more traffic then normal, now TBC has been released. And frankly, I beleive them.
Would I have bought with them if I would have read all of this beforehand? No. Not in a million years.
But I did. And all is ok and I’ve got some cheap-ass gold to celebrate!
Enjoy the game!
on February 6th, 2007 at 1:47 pm
Just bought 500g, after reading these comments I was scared but tried it anyway and thought what the heck if I get screwed over I won’t do it again, learn from my mistakes.
Got the telephone call (which is one thing I’m worried about they better not have screwed me over here.)
Got the gold withing 1 minute of ordering, checked my bank and the right amount was taken so it all seems good for now.
on February 7th, 2007 at 5:30 pm
I ordered 5000g for a flying mount in BC. I ony recieved 1/5th of my order. They said that they did send my order, but that it got lost in the mail, and that I should file a ticket, with GM’s and send them screen captures and a list of other stuff. I esculate my claim to Paypal, and they sent me an e-mail in less than 30sec saying they couldn’t help me. So now I’m dealing with my credit card company to get a refund. In short avoid MMOINN like the plague, and stick with a reputable seller. I guess thats my luck for buying from the lowest seller. Wish I would have found this site sooner.
on February 7th, 2007 at 6:52 pm
i have got well over 1500 gold from mmoinn.com and i have never had a problem although only 1 time they took 3 hours to deliver i have been very happy with there service
i will use again untill i get a problem
i brought in 3 installments of 500 g and i of 300g
on February 8th, 2007 at 3:24 am
Ordered 1000g, only 58 delivered. Went to live chat they said they had sent it and I had to talk to two GM’s about it and get screen shots before they would rebate or resend. I opened a dispute with paypal and they responded saying to go back to live chat. Live chat told me I had to drop my dispute before they would refund or send gold. I said no, and told them I would escalate to a fraud claim with paypal.
I still ahve NO gold, and I still have NO refund.
Hopefully paypal can sort it out.

FANTASTIC CHEAP AND INSTANT SERVICE,,,,,,
I know i shouldn’t have done it but it did look good , needed some gold, not enough time to grind, want to get Level 60 quick as possible, so I tried MMOinn.doc after an in game letter. FANTASTIC CHEAP AND INSTANT SERVICE,,,,,, could not believe it automated phone call as soon as payment made, straight on to site and gold ‘in payment for a weapon’ in mailbox. 5 minutes max.
DON’T use it though I want the price to stay cheap!!!
on February 11th, 2007 at 8:57 pm
I had a similar problem with MMOINN, but after following their procedures (e.g screenshots etc) They came through for me with no problems- I think they are trustworthy if not always efficient-
on February 11th, 2007 at 10:59 pm
Tried the powerlevel. my account was permanently banned after i logged in to use it. They are being watched by Blizzard.
on February 12th, 2007 at 9:48 am
Same as Alvin, I tried the powerleveling because i did not have the time to play so much. They delivered the order and I started playing my leveled character and 2 hours after that, i was permanently banned. Blizzard quoted being associated with other accounts that exploit. Apparently when they powerlevel your character they are also using your account for other things involving exploits, gold generating, etc. I tried to contact them back, and of course they wont talk to me or respond to my emails.
on February 16th, 2007 at 2:16 pm
I sold them some gold and two days later had my lvl 70 char banned by blizz. Thier live chat people have a huge macro for what to do when this happens, so obviously it happens a lot. Basicaly they say to just bitch at bliz for your account back as bliz cant prove you sold gold. I am not holding my breath to get my account back….
on February 17th, 2007 at 2:55 pm
I ordered 2000g from them and after 5 hours of waiting I reveived none so I decided to log on to their live chat. After another 3 hours waiting I finally talked to one of the operators and 5 minutes later I received my 2000g.

i did try powerleveling with mmoinn and my account got banned but i got it back,
don’t buy with these people, there r cheaper websites and mch more efficent
on February 21st, 2007 at 12:44 am
I sold gold to them for almost the whole month of January over 1000g and got payed from them np….but last week(feb.13) I sold about 730g to them and 2 days latter my account was banned ..asked them about it and they said it just random rare thing that happens. so I took it all in stride I made just over $507.00 and lost $70 to my accoun tbeing closed for good .. so I got a new account and yesterday (feb.19 ) sold them 323g made another $44.00 and not even a day latter my new account was banned….and they wil nto do anything for so ..good luck getting me to sell to them again ..

Regarding IGE, I have had a bad experience, after several days of waiting for payment, i spoke to their online representative who promised the payment would arrive on the next day at 8 pm PST. Come the next day, the payment still had not arrived. I once again waited in the long que to speak to an online representative.
After a long time, in which they claimed to check the order (i was logged in on the time checking to see if they logged on the character the gold was mailed to….they never did) they claimed the gold had not been received. they proceeded to say;
Susanna L: As the status of your order stated Problem with Pickup, we currently have not received the gold from your character. May I ask if you currently have any proof of the delivery or transferring gold to our character?
Me: As soon as I sent the gold and pressed your delivery button it immediately changed to Problem with Pickup. That is why I got on LiveHelp that night and asked if this was a problem and you said, “No expect payment withing 24 hours.” I was online for over an hour after I sent the gold and the character ******* (to whom the sold gold was sent) never logged on. I’m online right now and the character still has not signed on which I would think you wold do to double check if the gold was sent or not.
Susanna L: I do understand of your concern about this. May I ask again if you currently have take any screenshots of the transfer of gold to our character yet?
Me: No I do not. I figured a screen shot would have no authenticity because it would be quite easy to make it look like I was sending it and not actually do it.
Me: Nowhere on your website was it specified that it was necessary for me to take a screen shot to confirm delivery. Such a screen shot could be easily faked and would be of no value.
I still have not received the money as of now.
on March 6th, 2007 at 11:19 am
There service is awful. There staff are idiots.
They make you wait and wait.
My experience:
I ordered back in January and i waited 2 weeks and when the final day came the account got banned. This is probably because they do things on our account such as sell gold etc.I was obviously very annoyed but i was told to contact blizzard and try get unbanned at which time i was supplied the wrong email by them and i waited 4 days for nothing. Then when i finally sent an email to blizzard they told me exactly the same thing they had said.
Now they were doing my order and i waited the same 2 weeks and i got the email…banned. So i chatted to the chat client he told me that he really would like it if i gave them another chance and that ehy would supply me with a game key and then theyd re-do it.Ive said no and atm im chatting to them about getting my refund.
If i was anyone id not even try them…there service is awful and in my eyes they cant even run a company let alone do 1 of there orders.
Hope this has helped a few people.
Enojy the game!
on March 7th, 2007 at 4:00 am
OMG, Never buy from mmoinn.com. EVER!
I ordered 100g for my mount on a Wednesday and payed something like 23 USD. I waited and waited and waited. After 3 days, still no gold. So i contact the Live Support and spoke with “Bree” I felt that all their answers were just copied and pasted from other conversations.
It went something like:
ME: Hi, I ordered gold and havent received any yet.
HER: Oh, What ur char name?
ME: Horde.
HER: Let me check.
2 hours and 14 minutes later.
HER: Were out of stock at the moment sorry.
HER:
ME: Okay.
—END OF CHAT—
After 4 days of waiting, So its been 1 week since I paid, still no gold.
I ask for a refund, I get blown off 2 times and finally talk to “Toby” Who says he will do it.
2 Weeks later, I get my money back . But instead of 23 USD, I only get 15USD back.
IMO, Never deal with them unless u want to be ripped harder than a Gnome at Org.
on March 7th, 2007 at 12:37 pm
I purchased 300g from them a couple weeks ago, and it came without problem. Second order never arrived, but they refunded my money no problem. Today, I receive an in game mail “present from the Argent Dawn” COD’d for 200g from THE SAME TOON THAT SENT ME MY GOLD! These people don’t farm gold, they SCAM IT from innocent kids that don’t know well enough to detect their extremely poor english. Needless to say, I reported it and will never do business with this company again. The reason they can’t fill orders anymore is because you can’t COD giftwrapped items.
on April 7th, 2007 at 6:25 pm
Ok i made an order to level one of my characters while i worked for the day. I came online logged into my secondary account and saw theres the toon online happily leveling. Hour goes by and the toon then logs of and logs onto my Other character…. hmmm ok wierd i then see the leveler take the character to a city so i decide to go there and see what he is doing. I get there to see he is running back and forth between mail box and bank. Realising im being scammed i rush onto the blizzard site load up the account page to change the password. By the time i manage to enter current password and new password the accounts lost
Ive now lost the money it cost to have this HA “service” and ive lost 2 years worth of work on this account. This meaning ive lost every thing on every character even right down to my girl friends level 16 warlock. If it couldnt be sold lik my tier4 pieces then it was placed in the bank
NEVER BUY ANYHTING FROM MMOINN
on April 10th, 2007 at 4:44 pm
I have just had two fraudulent transaction taken by google/mmoinn.com from my credit card account and I have never purchased from them or heard of them before.
on April 12th, 2007 at 1:32 pm
I pull in quite a bit of gold playing wow – is one of the few things im good at in the game, so i decided I would see about converting some of it to cash.
I found MMOinn’s sight and decided to try it out with a small volume of gold.
I sold them around 200 gold the first time and things went through without a hitch. I got the money moved to my paypal account with no problem. After that i began moving large volumes of gold off a number of characters. Once i completed this i went to cash out the entire amount to paypal – well over $100 dollars worth – and i get a “invalid cash out amount error” no matter what value i input under the value of my credit balance.
their live help is less than useless and none of them speak a lick of english.
stay away from them – they’re trouble
on April 12th, 2007 at 8:09 pm
I sold gold to them just a test amount of only 300g or so. I was definitely thrilled…. until my account got banned a week later. 70 hunter full blues besides 3 epics – should be mad but at least i can level up in life now i guess…. i strongly suggest NOT doing business with MMOinn.com
on April 14th, 2007 at 9:14 pm
Was going to order 5k g from them a buddy said order 50 to see what they are like thank god i did. got an email this morning saying they had delivered 19 out the 50 logged in no change in balance i went to their live support about 2 hrs later i got reply saying they had sent and i would have to provide screenies. Best bet folks is lodge complaints against paypal direct for providing the means to carry out the fraud and contact the rel cred card companies to have the payment processor options removed as this site is clearly being used for credit card fraud and scamming.
Quicker this site is shut down and there back to farming fucking rice the better
on April 15th, 2007 at 10:34 pm
I *stupidly* went to buy gold from MMOINN.com. I had just started out on a server, and didn’t want to go through the motions of gathering my own gold (again). After several 60s, you just don’t want to do the boring stuff EVER again. So this seemed like maybe a good alternative…WRONG! I only ordered 100g to start with. I’m always worried about sites that are not USA, since arguing with someone who doesn’t speak a word of English gets me nowhere. It’s been several days since I ordered the gold. They got their money, I got zero gold. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company!
on April 16th, 2007 at 3:13 pm
So I ordered 200g in two different transactions, thinking this was great. No worries; my WoW gold deficit will dissapear. Never recieved it. Its been a day and im right now chatting to reverse the credit card transaction. They have good customer service as far as I’m concerned and will not make any further inquiries with MMOinn.com
DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CC#. I HAVEN’T SEEN ANY AWKWARD PAYMENTS ON MY BILL, BUT DON’T TAKE THIS RISK.
WoW gold for real money was a dumb idea anyways.
If you really need gold, check the forums first.
on April 22nd, 2007 at 9:11 am
Do not trust this website. I sold a little gold to them, to see if they can be trusted. 3 days later i still haven’t received payment. After contacting their live chat, I was told to wait another 48 hours and get back to them. Buy/Sell your gold elsewhere. These guys are very shady.
on April 22nd, 2007 at 1:30 pm
i order a powerlevel and half way throught it my characters got stripped of everythiung and my account bannd . DO NOT deal with them
on April 28th, 2007 at 4:21 pm
They go by three names that I am aware of now, mmoinn.com. rpgmine.com, and wowma.com. I have sole them gold in the past on multiple occassions, and there have been minor problems, but in the end, the problems were always fixed, so I always figured it was worth it. Well today I sent them over 300gold. About an hour later, after not having been paid, it said: Status: We could not received the in-game email that you claimed that you delivered to us.
That is an absolute lie. I believe they either A) Took my gold, and lied and did not pay me for it or B) The character name I was given was banned, so they were never able to retrieve it. I have gone on livehelp 3 times now, and they say hello, and they will look at my order, and after I tell them my problem, they ignore me! I realize 300g isn’t a huge amount, but I really needed the cash, and I was ripped off! Then a different transaction I had from selling gold on my other character is just sitting there pending, and they said to try back again in 24 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
on April 28th, 2007 at 6:40 pm
Wish i found this site earlier. just ordered couple hours ago still havent recieved yet :
on April 28th, 2007 at 7:46 pm
Well take back what i said. took bout 2 1/2 hours for my 200gold to come.
will buy with them again.
on May 3rd, 2007 at 3:15 am
i will say this i have dealt with them for about 5 months now and after selling gold to them for 2 and 1/2 months i finally got my account banned. this was in febuary. I have avoided selling to them since because they acutally told me about the banning problems and that they were working on a new system to make it safer. I have seen this new system as of today and it does seem like its safer. Basically there is no central toon to sell gold to you are sending straight to the buyer and mmon is sending you funds after you jump through a few hoops. I will be watching this new system and looking for forum posts by people who have used it sucessfully.
I do have some tips for you gold sellers. First off don’t create a new toon send gold to it and then delete it. instaban activity there. second off don’t send large amounts of gold with your lower lvl toons. Use your 70 to send gold with. imean after all how many times have you given gold to guildies and frieds off your main.
We will see how this system works and watch it closely and see one of the greatest new starting compaines i have come across that acutally pays ou for your ingame good and get back to working business as usual again

I bought 1500g today, payment was very quick, the gold weren’t.. after waiting 5 hours i went to their live chat. The dude were oke, telling me my realm is out of stock and they will send gold asap. Later on received an email that they splitted up my gold into 2 orders, 300g and 1200g.
Wish i done some research before ordering, but they are so cheap!
Let the waiting begin.. will update.

So i went on the live chat and i had this dude called Kelvin. I said that i needed the gold really fast and if he could do anything at all to make my order go faster..
(by the way i asked him what was the status of me order, he said Pending Restock) =D
anyway after sweet talking a little bit he said something like he will “undate” my order to make it go faster.. i was like okay then thanks.. next minute i logged on and mail with 300G in it was waiting for me…

Team-VIP still hasn’t delivered my gold for Everquest 2 Venekor server after 5 days. And I chose to get it ”now”. Are they a fraud??
on June 4th, 2007 at 5:19 am
I’ve purchased gold from them a few times before. It was very slow to arrive on one order (5 days), but it did arrive. I cancelled my last order with them, and got a full refund. I think they are OK, however I buy from elsewhere now (gamegoods.co.uk) as they seem to be cheaper and the delivery is always fast

Sold 1000g using MMOinn’s “new” method of sending directly to a buyer. Payment was received within minutes. It remains to be seen whether or not I was actually selling to a buyer or if the account will be banned, but they did hold up their end of the bargain so far.

Spot the idiot…. having seen their ingame mail…. i thought what the hell i will use their power lvling service…… well imagine my surprise when i checked up today and all my other chars had been deleted….well most likely stripped of all valuables and gold then deleted…when i eventually got thru on their live chat ….i got the old chest nut “No we didnt”…. they then asked me to provide proof of the items i was missing???? when i said i doesnt matter what items r missing as the chars were deleted…i got ignored….my advice DO NOT USE MMOINN OR ANY OF THE OTHER SITES WHICH HAVE LINKS TO THEM…..as for telling me to report the char loss to blizz…. what am i supposed to say ” while i was havin a char PL’ed all my others got deleted…can i have them back?”…i think not …. as i said do not use they will ruin your account…as for a refund ..i wont hold my breath…STAY AWAY FROM THEM….1 piece of advice if your gonna use a PL service buy another copy of WoW put in your name and wen the PL is done move the char across…. may be more expensive but try putting a price on the time and effort u spent getting all your gear

Now ive read alot of bad things about MMOINN but as for as i concern they are a good company. I have never used any Power leveling services from them so i wont coment on that point but i have bought gold from them.
Over a period of like 5 months i have bought a total of 3200 Gold from them and i have always and i say it again, always got my gold in 5 minutes
The largest delivery i made at one point was 1000 g and that went fine too.

Ordered 100g, it was there in about 30 seconds. Nice.

I have used MMOINN on several occasions. Buying gold, power leveling etc. I am totally 100% satisfied with them. The last time I’ve used the pl service (50-58) I got items for about 90 gold and about 100 golds extra.
I recommend them !!!!

Hmmm this place screams scam. after searching the net for the best price i decided to go with these guys. order placed for 3000g they tried to deliver 299g via in game mail to my char.. i didn’t get it. On live chat they told me to make another order but not pay for it and email them the new order (difference being it was a different char).. ALSO during this time i got them to change it to FACE to FACE transaction to avoid the Blizzard mail scanner. So next morning they have sent me an email saying they put 1700 gold in my mail box.. AGAIN i check nothing is there. NOW i phone them.. the phone line goes to nothing! I am on the live help and have been waiting here for over an hour.. I honestly believe my money is gone and i should just forget it.
i will keep you posted if i get my remaining 1300g at all lol
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
they are helpful until you start to ask where your gold is then they make you fill out a million forms which gets u no where.. GL everyone

There performance was really good for awhile I have made several small purchases when needed. My last purchase was horrible. I didn’t have to get phone verification call from them, and I received a conformation call in 2 hours. When I logged on though I hadn’t received any gold. I called customer service and got an answer and what I was told was a blatant lie. They currently claim that blizzard is holding up gold transfers and it could take up to 24 hours to get your gold. I farm allot my self and for the most part keep 1k or more on my account but I ordered it because I depleted my gold to 0(I raid allot). I had a friend transfer 1k from his account to mine and then back again the transfer was instant…no 24 hour hold. Same thing has happened to 3 of my other friends who used them in the past and these guys either haven’t gotten their gold or 1 got it in 3 days but he contacted them everyday until they complied(they did an in person trade in ratchet). They feed him the same bs and he called them on it and got his gold. I would very much suggest not using these guys.

About MMOINN, I also had a bad experience, they got my account banned and then I had to argue for well over 3 hours to get them to even PARTIALLY refund me for the levels that they didn’t even get to. I honestly can’t tell if its a scam or if their employees are just mentally retarded.
I’m guessing both.

well my friend ordered 2,000 gold total. both of them arrived. the first one; the employee or w/e it is. told him blizzard might had confiscated his gold, the employee did promise him to snd him that 1k g. which they did. he received the gold. and got his flying mount. and 2 weeks ago he ordered another 1k g. he received it. So i ask him to order 500g for me. for my epic ground mount. i got it 4 days later. The reason i didn’t get my gold was because, i missed the call from them. my friend told me it’s a computer that calls you. so yea.. then i called them using my cell. was able to talk to the employee about it. she could speak english. but not correctly. they send my gold 1 1/2 hour after i called and asked about it. my advice is.. get someone that know mandarin or chinese. they talk a lot nicer for some reason.

I just hired MMOINN a few days ago to PL my toon in the Arena. The very next day, I logged into my account and found all of my gold and gear missing. I contacted MMOINN and they were no help. They kept on repeating that they have not started on my toon yet. Ha, they lie so bad.
DO NOT BUY GOLD OR ANY SERVICE FROM MMOINN

I have bought gold from mmoinn a few times over direct face to face in-game transfer, and i find the service has been very fast and have never been disappointed. I’m not trying to discredit anyones experience but so far mine has been only positive.

READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING MMOINN.
——————————————————————
I payed them $280 to level my character from 1-70. They started the character 12 hours later, leveled him to lvl 10 then did not level him anymore for 3 days. I went to live help and told them level my character its stuck at 10 for 3 days now, they said sorry it was because the leveler went on holiday and forgot to tell them, BULLSHIT LOL.
so my char logged in and began leveling again by them, he went to lvl 20 then did not log again for a whole 1 WEEK!. i went to live chat again, and told them your doing it again my char isnt being leveled he is supposed to be finished in 7 days and hes only lvl 20, you havent logged in 1 week what the fuck you doing? they told me the spring festivals were coming up and all the levelers are going home to families, WTF? and that he would get a leveler to speed my char up now, and he apologised. my toon was then immediately logged in and logged off after 10 mins afk in game.
its been 3 days and the toon hasnt logged in now. its been a total of 2 weeks since i payed $280, i payed for 1-70, my toon is lvl 20, the toon was supposed to be complete within 19 days!!! everytime i talk to them they make an excuse, this is a big scam company im thinking of filing a complaint with the burea if business investigations.

I have used mmoinn 5 times, 5000g each time, each month for the last 5 months, the never had the gold ready by the time frame they produce but they do send it all eventually, maybe not before you contacting them on the live chat but after, they never call after the deal is sealed, and when ever you use a coupon they send telling you that in the next time you buy you get something it is never true, always have found a way to shove responsibility away somehow, their live support is not bad shame they are facing a company that isn’t really doing what it says it does. i sealed the 5th time as the last time ever to buy there because they always get something wrong, not the amount of gold. things like time frames (72 hours are never met), coupons promises never actually come to fruition, gold never gets to you in one time transfer it always have to be split. if i would give anyone an advice on wither to buy there or not, it would be “stay away from mmoinn”, just because getting the gold is another world of warcraft quest.

Hi, I’ve bought 7k all together from mmoinn and never had a problem. The 5k I got within a few hours and the last 2k took me a day. But now that I’ve bought PL 1-70 `the have delayed the start by almost 6 hours. Their site just went down… this happend when I bought 5k too but I got it then, hopefully I will not get scammed for 200$!
