		<description>Basically GameGoods, you shouldn't be taking customers money unless you actually HAVE the gold to deliver. I know for a fact that you accept payments regardless of whether you actually have the funds available. You keep putting people off with bullshit untill you get the gold. I wander how big your back log of orders actually is?</description>

		<description>I'm  coming into the 5th week of waiting now. Just been on live chat again, apparently I haven't paid. Why then, do I still have my paypal receipt???

Fourth cum Fifth week after ordering I apparently haven't paid, so they haven't sent it. Livechat suggests they push it in the delivery department. I am being patient but its wearing dreadfully thin.

Third week after ordering - Restocking Turalyon. 10% discount for my patience.

Second week after ordering - Server in high demand. Fair enough.
First week of ordering - Installing new system. Fair enough.</description>

		<description>They are having problems with the changes to the internal e-mail, 1 hour delay. This is enough time for Blizz to intercept gold transfers. You should have got the newsletter detailing how it now works.

With all the problems and delays I had I'm still happy with these guys, they kept me informed all the way.

They've given me a tracking number, yet there is no tool to check the progress of the order. Still, I recieved my gold in good time last time round so fingers crossed.</description>

		<description>Was a first time buyer and the experience was just horrible.  At first I waited 2 days for the gold to arrive.  Getting in contact took 3 hours via online chat, and left several email only to confirm that they had received my payment.  Was told of a gold shortage which I accepted.  Ten days later still no gold, so I ask for a refund.  I got back screen shots of the gold being delivered to my toon.  Unfortunate I never received the gold.  I did confirm the screenshots were authentic by comparing the names of toons in the chat window to toons all on my server.  I blame blizzard for intercepting my in game mail.  My advice, get your gold in a face to face transfer, and do not use the Moneybookers payment method as the only protect the merchant and don't give a crap about the purchaser.  Most companies and scammers hide behind Moneybookers policies of no charge backs....  So I am out of some money and no gold to show for it.</description>

I have sent two mails to support which have both gone unanswered. I have also tried their "live support" function - where I haven't gotten an answer  in allmost two weeks now. I got confirmation of payment on July 3rd, and my order was also confirmed by Gamegoods on that same date. Waited another 24 hours, sent another inquiry, was told I would have it in 24 hours. 

Waited another 48 hours and was told nothing.

I then created a grievance with paypal and told gamegoods that I wanted a refund. 

They claimed I would be getting a refund asap, well see. 

Sadly if they managed expectations better and didnt sell what they didnt have or claimed something like delivery time of 3-5 days and then ACTUALLY delivered instead of continually lying to customers and sending formletters saying you will have your gold in 24 hours...

people would know what to expect and there wouldnt be any problems. 

Gamegoods is poorly run and they flat out lied to me in emails multiple times. Stay away from this company</description>
