MMO Street is soo far the next best thing since sliced bread. If we’d recommend anyone to buy anything that is yellow, shiny, round, heavy and comes with chirping heads of small animals. Well.. it would be MMO Street.

Thanks! Just sent off the email. It could just be an isolated incident of course, but it’s still annoying and gives a lousy first impression…

Well, got my gold just now, so I’m not so disappointed anymore :-) It does suck if you can contact the company only via a livechat that doesn’t work.

Anyway, thanks for whatever you did jamie, and good luck to the guys at MMO Street.

I do wish these companies would learn to talk to their customers. As a customer I understand perfectly that not all orders can be fulfilled as fast as is advertised, but having the balls to stand up and say so, and to give the customer some realistic expectations goes a lot further than vague nonsense about ’stock problems’, ‘avoiding blizzard detection’ and ‘as soon as possible’. It’s no big deal to wait another day or two for some gold, but it is a big deal to worry about maybe having thrown some of your hard-earned money down the crapper, and not knowing what’s going on because you can’t reach the company or they won’t give a straight answer.

Ordered 6/8 after going into live chat to see what was available. I was assured I was first in the que being they do not get much demand for my server.

Chat today yes we have your order and gold in stock for that server. We will get it to you as soon as possible. I ask why soon if not now if you have it in stock. Get the run around sorry for the delay.

Lets see 5 gold orders three different companies (maybe not seem the same backed company put up many web sites.) only 2 deliveries.

I think what is happening is they are harvesting green backs not gold.

    We will see what happens.

Makes me think of an old joke. How do you tell when an asian is lying. THey are breathing.

Ordered 750g for WoW twice, delivered quickly the first time, and in parts (but still quickly) the second time. Very pleased.

Having said that, I’ve also ordered some gil for FFXI which hasn’t been so speedy, though services did admit that it was due to a lack of gil and high demand and promised they’d have it to me “soon” so we’ll have to see how that goes.

I ordered gold for 1 June 2007, still today i haven´t got my gold June 11th.
They are talking about i am the first i queue and i will get the as soon as possible. They said that, i will get another 10 % of my order because of the delay, wich is nice. But i just want my gold.

Hey, I just went through their website, ordered some gold, and I had the gold in my account within the hour. It was VERY well done, very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone as I will DEFINITELY being doing repeat business with them again. Now, on to the auction house to see what awaits me!!!! :)

Been nearly 2 days now since I ordered 1000g.

Whilst live help was friendly it was not very helpful, with “on the way”, being processed”, etc.

Hopefully they’ll deliver soon - if not i’ll have to contact paypal :(

  12. Mark said,

    on June 15th, 2007 at 7:56 pm

Right, I’m still on their case about the FFXI gil. They’re giving me the run around big time, I’ll get it “soon”, a “backlog of orders”, and the best - “our systems are upgrading at the moment” - I got this one two nights in a row. What exactly are they upgrading? Are they strapping up their gold farmers with wired up reflexes and caffeine drips?

Not suprisingly they totally ignored me when I asked them exactly what they meant.

Does anyone know what I can do from here? Is there any other way I can contact them as the live chat is useless? Any way I might get my money back if not?

It’s a shame, as I’d order WoW gold from them even after this as that side of it was fantastic. But this issue seriously damages the trust I first had in the website.

But I wonder that whatthe standard is that you choose the website as your associations?
    Please tell me,

Just an update to my earlier post - 1,000g was finaly delivered.

Received 505g after 4 days and the 495g balance two days later.

All in all then - cheap rates but not as quick as expected.

I hate this site, I ordered 2000g, 68 hours ago and still nothing.

They are unable to tell me more than “your order is currently being processed.”

When I asked for a refund they said wait 24-48 hours.

    Lame excuses.

I’m having an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with mmostreet. I paid them over $1000 for 11,000 gold. I received no communication for the first four days after my order, and despite their website saying that their live help can usually help you with order status/delivery times, the live help is completely worthless, they just cut and paste responses and say they can’t give any estimate of delivery time.

Then, 5 days after my order, they sent me emails claiming partial delivery of my gold. The only problem: I HAVEN’T GOT ANY GOLD! The first email claimed to send around 350 gold. i sat on my character for the 90 mins after the email was sent so that I could take it from my mail when it first arrived, but it never came. I sent an email saying so, asking if there was another way to get gold delivered, but they sent a response back totally ignoring that i didn’t get my gold and saying that this is the only way to deliver the gold.

Then I got two more emails claiming they had delivered about 8000 more gold… but again, as of twelve hours after that, I had yet to see *ANY* gold. I emailed telling them I had not received *ANY* gold. Once again I got a response from someone who obviously doesn’t understand english or did not read my mail that simply stated that their records showed that they had delivered over 8000 gold and that the remaining gold would be delivered shortly.

If I don’t get an email back soon showing that someone comprehends my email and will be either delivering the full value of my order soon or providing me a refund, I suppose i’ll have to try to get a fraud claim resolved through PayPay. It’s absolutely inexcusable to take a $1000 order and treat your customer like this. If you have a website in English, you need to employ someone who can read and understand English.

    Reply from Jamie:

This issue has been fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.

I actually ended up getting my gold in less than a week which is sooner than I expected, it’s just that their support and live chat are totally worthless and don’t really seem to understand english all that well.  Might make sense to let your readers know that — that they’ll get their gold, but they shouldn’t expect anything from support.

So, in conclusion, MMO Street delivers. Their support might not be the greatest but they delivered 11000 gold in 7 days, not that bad at all.

Still waiting…. over 48h since I orded.. Slow but I can understand if they get many orders…Much cheaper then others.

The FFXI gil I ordered never did get delivered after weeks of waiting. However I did get a refund immediately after asking for it, they apologised, and I’ve continued to use them for WoW gold on numerous occasions and never had a problem since.

My first experience with mmostreet was about 2 weeks ago, i ordered 4000 gold for a wow eu server, this was my first ever gold order and i was very pleasantly surprised, The order was partially delivered (3000 Gold) after only 4 hours and a further 1000 followed shortly after!

I was very pleasantly surprised and told myself that if i was to order more gold, this would be the supplier to go to.

However my most recent order has been somewhat a different story, I made the same order around 3 days ago and have received 0 Gold so far.

I’m not panicking yet and i guess my expectations are some what high considering my initial excellent experience with this company.

I sent an e-mail which was replied around 1 day later with statements that looks very like those i have pasted to me on live chat!

While my opinion of mmostreet has lowered slightly, i wont be pushing the panic button just yet, however i hope to get this resolved as soon as possible! [hint] any help would be massively appreciated Jamie !! [/hint]

    I’ll keep you guys updated!

Oh dear, my last comment didnt make it through the moderation.
    Dont think they like critisism.
Anyway, so far ive got a third of my order in almost 2 weeks.
I ordered 3000g almost two weeks ago and only 1000g has been delivered.
You prolly wont get rippped off, but dont believe in any fairytales bout 48 hour delivery time.

I’m new to WoW. I’m also new to buying gold. Regardless, I placed a small order (300 only — hey, gotta minimize potential loss!) at 11:22 AM today, paying immediately via PayPal. Hopefully, I will post a positive update soon :)

Several days later, and still no gold :(

They claim to have a shortage of gold on my server and can’t fill my order of 300. I’m glad I didn’t order more.

    Caveat emptor.

  32. Jay said,

    No dice :(

I e-mailed customer support and requested my money be refunded. They countered with a 5% bonus offer, but I chose the refund instead. They were extremely pleasant and understanding about it and had my money back to me via PayPal within an hour. I wouldn’t mind trying them again someday…provided their supply of gold goes up :)

Have placed an order a few hours ago, there was an issue with the confirmation of the order that was then sorted. They seem to be having some sort of technical glitch so have had to manually tell them im online. I have twice now been informed that my gold is ready to be delivered, withiin 60 minutes, and i am to wait in orgimoor. I have waited both times only to not recieve the gold.

Any attempts to contact them by email have resulted in a cut and paste responce, ignoring any and all questions put in the email.

Anyone here able to help sort things out? Jamie?

I am extremely unsatisfied with MMOStreet, I made an order over 3 hours ago for 10000g for the Horde side server Lethon(US) I get the little button that says “I’m online now” which I was lead to believe would start my order delivery, however when I click on it I am told that My order is not able to be processed…I sent multiple “help” emails to their supposed “Live” support, however have gotten nothing of help, I am told I have to reply to an email from Security@readyclickplay.com, however I did not get it until just a moment ago, and once I did get it I replied it back to them, and shortly after got an email telling me they are just waiting for me to get online for delivery. I click the “I’m online button” and it still tells me I cannot be processed >.< I believe I will be requesting a refund of my nearly 400$ and if that does not work I will be opening a fraud claim with Paypal.

    Reply from Jamie
Hi there Mike. Dont worry, MMO Street will deliver your gold. For large amounts it does take a couple of hours if not days to completely fulfill a order. It’s more standard than anything else.

  35. Mike said,

    on January 10th, 2008 at 6:19 pm

So Jamie I shouldn’t be worried that I do get to click on their “I’m online now” button but it tells me I can’t be processed? whereas the emails they send me tell me that they are simply waiting for me to tell them I am online 0.o

  36. Mike said,

    on January 10th, 2008 at 8:15 pm

Ok, so I’ve replied to their “security” email twice now and when I go to support they are still telling me “our records show that you need to reply to the email from security@readyclickpay.com that has been sent to your paypal email address” Can someone please help me with this, is there a possibility of talking to a real person in regards to this, Jamie, you seem all knowing when it comes to these guys, Help!!!

So is mmostreet legit? I just got scammed for $27 (500g) by newbie.com. I know it’s not a lot but it’s still frustrating knowing you got ripped off. I just want some gold as I don’t have time to farm it myself, would appreciate any advice/tips on which sites?

    Maybe even mmostreet?

    @Reply MMO Street is legit.
