They seem to be having some sort of technical glitch so have had to manually tell them im online. I have twice now been informed that my gold is ready to be delivered, withiin 60 minutes, and i am to wait in orgimoor. I have waited both times only to not recieve the gold. They countered with a 5% bonus offer, but I chose the refund instead. They were extremely pleasant and understanding about it and had my money back to me via PayPal within an hour.
